Who we are
At Temple of Hope, a heartfelt welcome is always extended. Our mission is to serve the community through offering spiritual direction and essential teachings designed to elevate everyone within the community. Our aim is to influence our world positively through individuals who have been transformed by the profound impact of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
How we got started
Temple of Hope was founded by Pastor Lake Ramdas and two other families in 2009, they envisioned a church that extended a warm welcome to all, regardless of one's past, family background, ethnicity, or gender. They aimed to create a space where everyone is welcome. The church held its first service at 3430 Derry Rd E (The Malton Arena) on September 6th.
Where we're headed
Temple of Hope is committed to nurturing a community centered on hope. This includes hope for the future, for improvement, and for advancement, all grounded in our faith in Jesus. As we advance together as a church family, a sense of family and belonging continue to be fundamental to our identity as followers of Christ.
